Cracker Barrel's EAP provides a variety 
of services to assist Cracker Barrel
 Managers and Supervisors in dealing
 with an assortment of issues.  Managers 
and Supervisors can use the EAP as a 
"sounding board" to resolve unique
 issues that arise or as a resource for
 help in identifying or recommending a troubled
 employee.
The EAP is also available for Managers
 and Supervisors who need assistance
 with workplace crisis situations. 

As Cracker Barrel Managers and
Supervisors, you have the responsibility
 to suggest using the EAP Program 
whenever you determine that an
 employee's job performance
 is being impaired by personal
problems.

The EAP Program is designed to 
provide early identification, motivation, 
and recommendation to appropriate care.
With the help of 
Cracker Barrel Managers and 
Supervisors, 
the EAP can better assist 
employees, increase the retention 
of valuable employees, and 
improve productivity.
