Cracker Barrel managers are quick to recognize their store’s needs and are focused on making our guests’ restaurant and retail experience a memorable one. They know that success doesn’t just “happen,” and understand the need to reach out for assistance when needed.

The EAP is a confidential source of support, and provides managers with ways to address personal or work-related issues that might
arise. Many managers across the country have phoned the EAP to discuss a variety of concerns, including employee absenteeism and low productivity, grief and change, workplace conflict, and how to develop the store team and improve their own communication and problem-solving strategies.

Because the EAP call is private, managers feel comfortable talking about what is working as well as what areas need a little more focus. Many times, just one or two conversations can help develop a solutions-focused plan.

If calling after hours (5:15 pm-7:15 am CST, M-F), a message can be left and an EAP counselor will return the call during the next business day.
