3. Am I eligible for re-hire?
Please contact the Cracker Barrel where you would like to work directly. Only the manager there can obtain that information.

4. I have a question for the Benefits Department.

5. I have a work related question/concern and I am not sure who I need to talk to.
Please contact our Information Center by e-mail EmployeeRelations@crackerbarrel.com or by calling 1-800-333-9566. These concerns will be addressed by the most appropriate department and will be kept confidential as possible.

We take confidentiality very seriously, but it is important to know that the emails we receive are not necessarily anonymous (a name appears along with the email address). If you contact us about being treated unfairly at work, EAP must share this information with our Employee Relations Department to ensure your situation is properly addressed. If you have a concern that may be addressed best by another department at the Home Office, please include in your email that it is appropriate to forward your email as needed.

24 Hour EAP Counselor Access
An EAP Counselor is always available to speak with you by dialing our toll free number 1-800-688-6330. Cracker Barrel EAP Counselors are available during normal business hours, weekdays 7:15am to 5:15pm, CST. After these hours, the calls are answered by an after hours counseling center which is staffed by professional counselors that work closely with Cracker Barrel to ensure appropriate care is received.
