Meet the EAP Staff
Mike
Mott, MA, CEAP
Director HO HR, EAP, & HRIS
mmott@crackerbarrel.com
Mike has been the director of the Cracker Barrel EAP since December
1987, and in 2005 added to his responsibilities Director of Home Office
Human Resources and HRIS. He has a Masters Degree in Organizational
Management, and is a Licensed Employee Assistance Professional and Licensed
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. Prior to working at Cracker Barrel,
he worked for the Hazelden Foundation Chemical Dependency Treatment
Center in Minnesota. Mike is married and has a daughter and a son. Outside
of work, he enjoys flyfishing, reading, and refereeing soccer games.
Elaine
Webb, LCSW,
CEAP

Elaine
earned a Masters in Public Health and Masters in Social Work at The
University of Tennessee. Additionally, she completed a Postmasters
Fellowship in Clinical Social Work at the Menninger Clinic. She is a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and A Certified Employee Assistance
Professional. Since coming to Cracker Barrel in 2002, Elaine has worked
as both an EAP Counselor and as a Field Management Recruiter. Prior to
Cracker Barrel, she worked in a variety of settings including community
mental health, the prison system, hospice and in a private/consulting practice. She enjoys travel, antiques and especially
Cracker Barrel Chicken and Rice.
Karen
Franklin, LCSW, CEAP
Senior EAP Counselor

Karen
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years clinical experience
with adults in residential and outpatient programs. She received her
Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Employee Assistance
Programs from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She received her
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland,
Baltimore County. She has worked extensively with people who suffer
with co-occurring disorders (mental illness and addiction). She enjoys
working in the food service industry and has done so since the mid-nineties.
In her spare time she plays volleyball and enjoys traveling.
Tamara
Gremillion, MED, LPC, CEAP
EAP Counselor

Earned her
Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern
Mississippi.
Her Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from The University
of Georgia. Has experience working with children, adolescents and adults
in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Spent two years in Germany
providing addiction education and counseling for active duty soldiers
and their families. Prior to joining the EAP team, spent two years
marketing for The Center for Comprehensive Services, a post-acute brain
and spinal cord injury rehabilitation program. Enjoys spending time with
her husband, Frank and daughter, Larsen Grace; loving on her dog,
working out, cooking, and riding her Harley Davidson Dyna Defender
motorcycle (if you see her out riding around give her a honk—she’ll wave
back at you). Her favorite Cracker Barrel menu item is the Wild Maine
Blueberry Pancakes, with a side order of crispy bacon and coffee with extra
cream.
Stefanie
Kibler, MA, LPE, CEAP
EAP Counselor

Stefanie is a Licensed Psychological Examiner. She earned her Bachelor
of Science in Psychology from Belmont University in 2002 and earned
her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Middle Tennessee
State University in 2004. Prior to joining the Cracker Barrel EAP team,
she performed Neurospychological evaluations for a psychologist at Vanderbilt
Psychiatric Hospital in Nashville. She has worked with a wide range
of individuals from traumatic brain injuries, ADHD children, and Alzheimers
or memory difficulties. She enjoys walking her dog, Sigmund, as well
as dressing him up (although is not sure how much Sigmund enjoys this!).
She also enjoys spending time with her twin sister, going out to
eat and catching a good movie. Her favorite Cracker Barrel menu item is the Broccoli Cheddar Chicken.
Collette
Carroll, MA, LPE
EAP Counselor

Collette earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of
Arts in Clinical Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. Her
clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and
adults with a focus on survivors of abuse and trauma. She is in continued
training for Transactional Analysis and uses these techniques in therapy
as well as in consultations with Cracker Barrel employees. Prior to
joining the EAP team, Collette worked as the counselor for students at
Nashville Auto-Diesel College. She enjoys camping, reading, dancing,
drawing, and spending time with friends. Her favorite meal at Cracker
Barrel is the Old Timer's breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash brown
casserole, and bacon. Don't forget the coffee!
Sarah
Fyhr, LCSW
EAP Counselor

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and
Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Sarah completed
an internship and post-graduate fellowship with the University of Michigan
Health System in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry. She has
been providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults
since 2002 in a variety of settings, including community mental health. Prior to joining the
Cracker Barrel EAP team, she assisted in developing the counseling program
for a non-profit pediatric healthcare organization. Sarah enjoys spending
time with her husband, watching Michigan football (Go Blue!),
listening to music, and relaxing. Her favorite meal at Cracker Barrel is
the Momma’s French Toast breakfast with a side of hash brown casserole.

Linda
came to the Cracker Barrel EAP in June 2002. She has a long background in the
banking industry where confidentiality was also a high priority. Along with supporting
the staff, she is responsible for creating the posters you see on the EAC boards.
