Cracker Barrel EAP Counselors offer a professional assessment
of the employee and/or family member's situation and make referrals to appropriate
resources. For each of our Cracker Barrel locations, EAP has compiled a directory
of local resources that we can refer you to. If you wish to view these resources,

Referral
To Health Insurance Providers
In order to maximize your Cracker Barrel mental health benefit
and minimize out-of-pocket costs, contact EAP for a referral to a network
provider. The EAP Counselor will find an appropriate provider with availability,
and supply you with a referral number. All you have to do is make the appointment.

Hour EAP Counselor Access
An EAP Counselor is always available to speak with you by dialing
our toll free number 1-800-688-6330. Cracker Barrel EAP Counselors are available
during normal business hours, weekdays 7:15am to 5:15pm, CST. After these
hours, the calls are answered by an after hours counseling center which is
staffed by professional counselors that work closely with Cracker Barrel to
ensure appropriate care is received. You can also email a counselor here.
Emails are responded to Monday through Friday only, 8:15am to 5:15 pm CST.
