If you have benefits through Cracker Barrel, you must contact EAP before you visit a provider if you want to receive maximum coverage. If you don't contact EAP before your visit, your benefits will be decreased. And in some cases, there may be no coverage at all.
By calling the EAP first, you can get the best quality care at the highest level of coverage. If you do not have benefits, the EAP counselors will help you find the information or services you may need. If a referral is necessary, a provider in your area offering reduced fees will be recommended by the EAP counselor.

Any services provided by the Cracker Barrel EAP counselors are at no charge to you.
If a referral to an outside provider is needed, the EAP counselor will recommend experienced professionals who can help you resolve your problems. The counselor will review your benefits and other financial factors to help you find services that meet your needs.
